We have both male and female massage therapists. If you have a male/female masseuse preference, you must call or email us before booking to ensure we can accommodate your request. We also offer dry (clothed) massage upon request.

All of this information is clearly stated on our homepage and booking page. If you proceed with a booking without reading these terms, you accept full responsibility for your choice. No rescheduling, refunds, or exceptions will be provided due to a failure to read or follow these stated policies.

No Alternative Arrangements: Once the service provider has been assigned according to your booking, no changes will be made on the day of the appointment, and no alternative arrangements will be offered. This includes requests for a different therapist or service type. Our staff and time are allocated based on your confirmed booking, and no exceptions will be made.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full. We will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction or disputes arising from not reviewing our published policies.
